End-User License Agreement (EULA) for SocialRollup

Effective Date: March 12, 2025

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE SOCIALROLLUP APPLICATION ("APP") PROVIDED BY SOCIALROLLUP WELLNESS INC. BY INSTALLING, USING, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS EULA.

1. LICENSE

SocialRollup Wellness Inc. grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

SocialRollup offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Monthly subscription: $4.99 per month.
• Annual subscription: $49.99 per year.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.

3. USER RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, or otherwise commercially exploit the App.
• Modify, copy, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

4. PRIVACY

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. DISCLAIMER

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SocialRollup Wellness Inc. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or suitability of the App for any particular purpose.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SocialRollup Wellness Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising out of your access or use of the App.

7. TERMINATION

This EULA is effective until terminated by either you or SocialRollup Wellness Inc. You may terminate this EULA by deleting the App. SocialRollup Wellness Inc. may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if you breach any term of this agreement.

8. CHANGES TO THIS EULA

SocialRollup Wellness Inc. reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
